Treat yourself to a loaf of damn good bread.
Our 4 pack is a month's supply of gluten free bread! Store loaves in the freezer for fresh-baked bread on demand.
Our handmade, gluten free sourdough uses all natural ingredients and traditional sourdough fermentation to make a delicious loaf of bread that’s soft and fluffy, with a hint of subtle sourdough flavour.
Say goodbye to crumbly sandwiches, doughy bread and weird flavours and enjoy artisan bread that’s crusty on the outside and delightfully soft inside. You deserve bread that tastes like bread!
Our sourdough is made by hand, with an all natural blend of wholegrain, gluten free flours.
Each loaf is gluten free and vegan.
We're now delivering fresh every Monday (or you can pick up from our HQ in Neutral Bay).
However, we don't add any preservatives, stabilisers, thickeners or other nasty chemicals into our bread, so to maintain freshness we recommend you store it in the fridge in a sealed bag. If you don't get through a loaf very fast (especially if you are the only gluten free person in the household), we recommend slicing the loaf up and storing it in the freezer. You can defrost it straight in the toaster (toast once on a low setting for bread, a high setting for lightly toasted and toast twice if you like it well done) and it will taste as good as it does out of the oven.
Whole (or half) loaves also defrost really well in the freezer. To defrost a whole or half loaf, do not leave the loaf out to thaw. Instead, bake in the oven at 200°C for 40 minutes, for a fresh baked loaf that's crusty on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
If you don't want it as crusty, cover with tinfoil for the first 20 minutes.
Ingredients: Brown rice flour, water, buckwheat flour, sorghum flour, chickpea (besan) flour, corn flour (maize starch), potato starch, sugar, psyllium husk, flaxseeds, salt
Allergen advice: loaves are made in a gluten free kitchen, however our kitchen also makes products that contain dairy, nuts and eggs and despite our best efforts loaves may contain trace amounts of common allergens.
