In order to minimise wastage and have time for our sourdough fermentation to do its work, we need advance notice to fulfil our orders.
Important Note: both pickup and delivery are sold frozen. This allows us to always maintain freshness, without having to add in chemical preservatives and stablizers. Simply defrost in the oven for a warm, fresh-baked loaf (instructions on the product page).
1. Free Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup from our HQ in Neutral Bay, from 9-11 am on Fridays. Choose 'Pickup' at checkout and let us know your preferred time (but don't stress if you are early or late, so long as it is between 9am and 11am) and we'll have your bread ready and waiting. The cutoff time for pickup orders is 24 hours earlier (order before 9am Thursday).
2. Delivery - $10, minimum order $40
We deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays, in environmentally friendly insulated boxes (see more on our sustainability page). We have a minimum order of $40 (3+ loaves) for delivery.
Cutoff and delivery times are:
- Delivered between: 6am and 6pm
- Cutoff: order by 9pm Sunday
Friday overnight delivery
- Delivered between: 12am and 7am
- Cutoff: order by Tuesday 9pm)
